A nice looking veneered canteen with vacant brass shield to lid. Takes 6 settings plus carvers, looks to be for fiddle pattern from the shape of the slots. The knife slots are fairly huge at 26.5cm max length, the side knives would need to be c. 22cm max, forks 20cm and 17.5cm.
Condition: Overall good, missing its lock escutcheon cover, minor cosmetic marks. No key.
